CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of Audit & Accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an AML & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the AML & Compliance Officer, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for carrying out regular communication with clients, updating client files, and escalating any relevant cases to the Compliance Officer. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Finance, Business Administration, Law or another relevant field and will need to possess some previous professional experience working in the fields of AML, Compliance and/or Risk Management. Our client is seeking applicants who are fluent in both Greek and English, who are familiar with industry practices and professional standards. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients and updating client files, risk classification and escalating cases to the Compliance Officer.
  • Maintaining up to date written documentation and policies related to the organisation’s business activities.
  • Briefing and reporting to partners on matters relating to internal AML compliance policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing and updating the Company’s AML Manual and other related policies, whenever deemed necessary.
  • Supporting departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
  • Providing support to the Compliance Officer as required.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in AML, Compliance, Risk Management or any other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering).
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Integrity and professional ethics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
