La Mer Homes is currently seeking to recruit a Head Cleaner to be a part of our growing company. The general responsibilities to the position are as follows, but are not limited to:

• Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department which include appropriate cleaning of all properties, public areas and offices in the absence of the Housekeeper
• To be responsible at all times and ensure that any cleaning provided has been done so correctly, following the Company’s procedures and ensuring the correct standards are achieved
• To ensure that housekeeping staff wears the correct uniform at all times whilst on duty.
• Coordinate the cleaning with the cleaning company/supplier
• Coordinate all cleaning products purchases
• Coordinate the linen/bath robes/ slippers needed for the year
• Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
• High work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• To assist when required with the cleaning of the Company’s properties

Requirements:

• English and Greek language
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Easy to adapt and sense of style
• Act fast under pressure
• Polite and Team player
• Able to handle a small team of 2-4 people
• Technology oriented (Android system)
