We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

As a Junior Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing, interpreting, and reporting on performance data. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our clients' success. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Collect, clean, and analyse performance data using various tools and software.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed performance reports and presentations.
• Identify trends and anomalies within the data to make actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the senior performance analysts to optimize strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in performance analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Previous experience in performance analysis would be considered an advantage.
