CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Financial Technology solutions and services to the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-Speaking VIP Account Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high value gaming customers, understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations. Our client is seeking applicants who possess significant experience in the iGaming industry, ideally gained working in Customer Service and/or Account Management positions. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value gaming customers, understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations.
  • Provide personalized assistance and support to VIP players, ensuring they receive a tailored gaming experience that meets their requirements.
  • Monitor the gaming activity and spending habits of VIP customers to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Address any concerns, issues, or complaints raised by VIP players promptly and professionally, working to find solutions and maintain their satisfaction.
  • Create and implement exclusive promotions, bonuses, and rewards programs to incentivize VIP players and enhance their loyalty.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with VIPs through channels like phone, email, chat, or social media to provide updates on promotions, events, and personalized offers.
  • Analyze player data and behaviours to identify opportunities for improving the VIP program and tailoring offers to individual preferences.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless VIP experience across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of the VIP program, including player retention, revenue generation, and feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Fluency in Arabic is essential, as this role involves communication with Arabic-speaking VIP customers.
  • Significant experience in the gaming industry, particularly in customer service or account management roles is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are needed are needed to effectively engage with VIP customers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw meaningful insights from player data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and find creative solutions that meet VIP player needs.
  • The gaming industry is dynamic, so adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Paying attention to detail is important, particularly when it comes to tracking player activity and ensuring the accuracy of personalized offers.
  • VIP players often expect a high level of privacy and confidentiality, so discretion is critical in handling their information and interactions.
  • While not always required, many employers prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
