Main responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well presented individual to join and support our existing front office administrators’ team, at the Limassol office. The role’s key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and registering visitors
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate colleagues or appropriate meeting rooms within the Company
  • Providing support to our clients and colleagues whilst conducting their meetings and ensuring that the technology facilities in our meeting rooms work properly
  • Managing and monitoring of all conference bookings
  • Liaising and handling the catering requests for meetings or events
  • Managing the smooth operation of all lobbies and conference centres
  • Answering and directing general phone inquiries
  • Performing administrative duties when needed
  • Providing Front Officer service for all our buildings when required

What we are looking for

The successful candidate should meet the following profile requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • A diploma in Administration, Hospitality or another relevant field, will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • High level of judgement, ethics and professionalism
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge of the Greek and English languages
