We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Chief AI Officer to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• AI Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Lead AI initiatives from the ideation phase to execution.
• AI Governance: Establish and enforce AI ethical guidelines, data privacy policies, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Resource Management: Determine budget and resource allocation for AI projects. Oversee the acquisition of data resources, technologies, and infrastructure necessary for AI development.
• AI Implementation and Integration: Drive the implementation of AI technologies across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and value-addition to existing processes.
• Partnerships and Collaboration: Liaise with external partners, researchers, and technology providers. Facilitate the company's participation in AI industry events and networks.
• Training and Development: Foster AI literacy within the organization by conducting relevant training programs. Keep the team updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI systems regularly, and ensure they meet the business objectives.

What You Bring:

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, with a track record of managing AI projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AI technologies (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Demonstrable ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience as a CAIO or a similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
• A network of contacts within the AI industry.
• Published research in AI-related fields.
• A record of innovation and/or patents in AI.
• A passion for AI and its potential to transform organizations, along with the strategic and technical expertise necessary to realise that potential within our company.
