What will your job look like?

• Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service
• Handle customers’ queries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services, and follow up on leads
• Guide existing and potential new customers in selecting the products/services best suited to their needs
• Handle all related systems, processes, and documentation related to customer support, together with all involved departments

All you need is…

• Passion for providing excellent support to customers
• Sales orientation, and drive to maximize sales
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver results in a busy environment and to prioritize
• Computer literacy
• Native level of the Greek language, and a good level of English
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service would be an advantage
