CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of cutting-edge Payment Solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Payments Manager to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Payments Manager, you will play a key role ensuring the seamless operation, efficiency, and integrity of payment systems. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance payment solutions whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability. Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven experience of managing payment systems, with an emphasis on maintenance and quality assurance.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor the performance of active payment solutions, ensuring their optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate regular system checks, updates, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the reliability and accuracy of payment transactions.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement, recommending and implementing strategies to enhance system performance.
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve any issues or disruptions in the payment systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to rectify problems and minimize downtime.
  • Document standard operating procedures, maintenance activities, and quality assurance results.
  • Generate regular reports detailing system performance, issues, resolutions, and quality metrics.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and potential risks to inform maintenance and quality control strategies.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing payment systems, with a strong emphasis on maintenance and quality assurance.
  • Technical proficiency, with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a keen focus on quality and reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
