Assistant Restaurant Manager

Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team of people. With the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and organised running of the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and service, ensuring that all culinary standards are always met, in accordance with the F&B standards, hygiene and safety regulations and policies of the Resort.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree Hospitality Management or hospitality related qualification will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer Literate (MS Office, POS) software programme
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure.

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
