CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded provider of IT Services & Solutions to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Systems Engineer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical support to clients of the company, as well as being part of a deployment team tasked with installing a variety of technical solutions including Servers, Networks & Software solutions. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, who possess proven experience in a relevant role. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide clients of the company with remote and onsite support relating to IT Hardware & Software.
• Assist with server deployments on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Implement and configure Active Directory on behalf of clients.
• Installation and ongoing maintenance of antivirus solutions.
• Deployment of virtualization solutions.
• Provision of network and storage solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls etc…

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in a relevant role is essential.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with Virtualization technologies.
• Confident with networking principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English.
• Be a team player and integrate easily with the rest of the team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Driver’s licence.
