CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and expanding company operating in the Online Gaming Sector, we are seeking to recruit a KYC Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. Working as part of an established Legal Team, the successful applicant will play a key role in the implementation and execution of the entire KYC & Due Diligence process across the Group. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Law or a related field and will need to possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant role, ideally working for either a Law Firm or other relevant Service Provider. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.

Role Overview:

This role requires a general expertise and good understanding of the corporate environment, as well as KYC and Due Diligence (DD) processes. As a KYC Specialist, you will support the entire KYC and Due Diligence (DD) processes, including supporting the Finance Team with bank account openings and annual audits, supporting the projects team with on-boarding payment processors, handling the registrar, as well as handling various types of documentation across all of the countries in which the Group operates. You will also coordinate with external counsels on corporate changes, performing the DD process on behalf of the Group. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, with communication skills that should be equally effective across multiple departments, including Finance & Operations.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related.
• Approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant role is essential; ideally gained from a Law Firm or other relevant Service Provider.
• Excellent English language communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to continually produce a high standard of work.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate well with multiple different departments across the Group.
• Honesty and trustworthiness.
