The Analyst, Database Administration & Marketing Analytics is responsible for establishing the education platform for all programs and standard operational procedures across the Casino Marketing business units.

The Analyst is also responsible for the maintenance, integrity, and the security of the membership database, technical, system and various administrative tasks related to the Casino Marketing department.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Supports the operation team on administrative, tasks and system maintenance to accommodate requests including:

  • Reports generation and database administration
  • Maintains and develops Business development coding process and requests
  • Designs and supports promotions, stage games, and ad hoc games.
  • Analyzes data from the database and performs segmentation analysis for Marketing BUs using different KPIs and criteria set
  • Monitors KPIs and delivers relevant reports
  • Creates Proforma Analysis
  • Develops campaigns, SMS and outbound sales lists
  • Develops User Interface using available software or existing functionalities of Microsoft tools (Macros, queries etc) to assist operational teams to achieve their tasks and goals
  • Assists in Marketing plan and budget


  • Responsible for System configuration & maintenance of Casino Marketing Systems, Database and Promotions
  • Liaises with Accounting for proper allocation of costs within the Marketing Department
  • Performs UAT in cooperation with BU’s of all new casino systems / enhancements before deployment to operations / Go Live


  • Liaises with Business Process and assist Marketing Compliance to maintain and prepare the Departmental Operational Manual and SOP of Casino Marketing
  • Establishes the operational procedures for database administration to ensure the membership database is well maintained and accurate

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in any of the following: Data Analysis, Promotion & Campaigns Analysis, Market Research, Operations Research, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning
  • Knowledge of membership loyalty programs and casino systems will be considered as an advantage


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or another STEM field, BI, Data Analysis, or any other relevant field


  • Knowledge of SQL. Additionally, knowledge of MS Access, Tableau, or other relevant software will be considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel in Data Analysis, Graphs & Charts, and Pivot Tables. Experience with VBA and macros is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis and/or Machine Learning in Python and/ or R will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of casino games’ rules and relevant gaming regulations is advantageous
  • Ability to manage self and time to achieve multiple outcomes, including the ability to balance competing demands to meet business objectives
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and from diverse backgrounds

  • Fluent in spoken & written English, knowledge of spoken or written other language is advantageous
