ILIKOS seeks a highly motivated, business and scientifically-minded Account Executive based in Cyprus (idealy) with a zest for innovation to help drive business opportunities for one of our global clients. WHAT WILL YOU DO

  1. Immerse yourself in the entire sales cycle, from discovering potential clients to clinching deals
  2. Engage in thrilling lead-generation activities and craft persuasive scripts/email templates
  3. Conduct bold cold calls and email follow-ups in line with our go-getter outreach strategy
  4. Research prospective clients' activities, services, milestones, and financial positions
  5. Keep active clients intrigued with relevant case studies, press releases, and success stories
  6. Schedule periodic meetings to nurture relationships, gauge progress, and anticipate needs
  7. Stay in touch with active clients to understand and cater to their requirements
  8. Collaborate on proposal development and contract negotiations like a pro
  9. Liaise with Senior Management to ensure client satisfaction
  10. Be the go-to Point-of-Contact for active client requests and guidance
  11. Assist the Senior Business Development team with meetings and client interactions
  12. Tackle other duties, assignments, or special projects with enthusiasm

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or related field); equivalent education and experience are also welcome
  2. At least one year of experience in sales and technical writing; life science industry experience and knowledge of drug/med tech development process are a bonus
  3. Eager to blend scientific expertise with a career in business development in a global CRO setting
  4. Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a strong sense of organization and discipline
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  6. Top-notch interpersonal, professional telephone, and client interaction skills
  7. Sharp judgment, attention to detail, communication, and customer skills, with a collaborative and self-driven mindset
