CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an award-winning, CySEC Regulated Investment Firm with offices in the heart of Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their growing team. Working alongside Product Managers, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for creating high quality design assets including wireframes, mockups and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces. An academic background relating to Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science or another relevant field is desirable and you will need to possess approximately 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with excellent knowledge of Figma and wireframe tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with line manager and product managers.
• Create high quality design assets including wireframes, mockups and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces.
• Identify, troubleshoot and propose solutions to UX problems.
• Competitor analysis and user research.
• Ensures a consistent and branded look across all products of the company.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc in design, UI/UX design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Approximately 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, Product Designer, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solver and customer-centered.
• Proven working experience in reading software documentation and producing design prototypes.
• Ability to estimate and meet deadlines, high quality standards for your work, and high sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of Wireframe tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
