Sophia Trading Group is a well-established Cyprus-based company, active in the fashion industry since 1979. We engage in retail business, selling both CALVIN KLEIN and GUESS apparel and accessories.

We are currently looking to fulfil the position of Retail Operations Manager at GUESS stores in Limassol and Paphos, and CALVIN KLEIN stores in Limassol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible on recruitment, interviews, selection, training and development of new employees

• Carry out annual performance reviews in order to manage and motivate individuals

• Completing payroll activities, including sending new starter, employee changes and leaver information

• Reviewing the team performance providing feedback in order to develop areas of need

Requirements:

• Previous working experience in similar role is required

• 2 to 3 years of management

• Good standard of numerical skills

• Worked in a fast pace

• Politeness and kindness

• Fluency in Greek and English
