Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Review Project Launches and identify correction needed and eventually after corrections give your feedback to Pre-Construction Manager.
• Monitor and Control External Consultants and Internal Department to meet the Deadlines in the Pre-Construction Period of the Projects in order the starting of Construction dates are met as per the Launches.
• Prepare Value Engineering proposals in the Tender Package of Projects with guidance from Pre-Construction Manager.
• Attend Design Pre-Construction Meeting.
• Prepare and Update Preconstruction Check List.
• Prepare Cost Analysis at each period of the Pre-Construction Phase.
• Prepare Costing and Quantities Comparison Tables at each period of the Pre-Construction Phase.
• Organize before Tendering that all Tender Packages have all necessary documents included.
• Tender for Main Contractors.
• Tender for MEP Contractors.
• Help Design Dep. to updated the Design Manual and the Standard Specifications.
• Cooperate with Procurement of Development and Construction in order the Cost estimations to be as updated as possible.

Requirements for the position:

• Civil Engineer, Architect, or Quantity Surveyor bachelor degree
• Experience of at least 5 years in development industry. Experience in Pre-Construction field will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Attention to detail
• Excellent reporting skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office interaction and knowledge
• Computer skills and Excellent interaction with Software
