CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Global Investment Firm with newly established operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Salesforce Product Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. Working as part of a global team of technology professionals, the successful applicant will play a key role in the roll out of Salesforce across the business as the new CRM system. You will create and maintain product roadmaps relating to Salesforce, help drive the overall CRM strategy, including email marketing initiatives and guide the vision for the development and integration of the Salesforce platform into internal business and operational processes. You will need to possess approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce CRM system, as well as strong knowledge of tools including Jira and Confluence for creating and maintaining project boards, roadmaps, execution plans, and project documentation. Prior experience working in the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project/product roadmaps and execution plans based on project complexity, scope, team capacity, business needs, and potential.
• Guide the vision for the development and integration of the Salesforce platform into internal business and operational processes.
• Contribute to the business analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements and project scope in the form of Jira work items and Confluence documentation.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting and finding solutions to business-critical problems.
• Explain proposed solutions to project stakeholders by articulating phased delivery approach and strategy.
• Lead a team, drive CRM strategy and email marketing, and optimize campaigns.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background relating to Marketing, Information Technology or another related field is desirable, but not essential.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce Cloud being key.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
• Proven experience in Project and/or Product Management.
• Experience with a global company is highly desirable. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience working in the Forex and/or Financial Services sector is a significant advantage, but not essential.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, creating and maintaining project boards, roadmaps, execution plans, and project documentation.
• Experience in managing fast-paced and dynamic projects.
• Excellent command of English.
