SYNTHESIS Center for Research and Education Ltd, a pioneering research and educational center based in Nicosia, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our EU project’s brand message across a variety of print and digital platforms. Fluency in Greek and English is essential, as well as video creation skills to create video animations and event videos in general.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually attractive designs for our marketing collateral, including logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and business goals
• Produce high-quality design assets, including logos, icons, and infographics, that convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging way
• Create video animations and event videos that bring our projects to life and engage our target audience
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually enhance our visual identity

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
