CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Payment Solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Business Care Executive to join their growing team based in Paphos. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for assisting clients with queries and issues relating to the payment gateway via various communication channels including Email, Telegram and Live Chat. Full training will be provided, however a background in Technical Support and/or IT Help-Desk will be considered an advantage. Excellent customer service are essential as well as fluency in verbal and written English. Any additional language skills will be considered an advantage, but not essential. Employees have the option to work a standard Monday to Friday work schedule, with the option of evening and weekend shifts also available, but not mandatory.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with customer queries in a timely and polite manner to the highest standard via various business channels, including email, telegram, live chat etc…
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure any complex customer queries are resolved.
  • Maintaining and develop the company’s database of customers by delivering the best customer service.
  • Inform and assist clients in relation to the use of current and future product releases.
  • Collect customer feedback and follow up accordingly.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Business.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Prior experience working in a Technical Support role will be considered an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Ideally some previous experience in a Customer Support role with excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written are essential.
  • Any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Open to working shifts, including weekends and evenings. (weekend and evening shifts can be worked from home and are optional).
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of computers in general.
  • Ability to handle customers in a calm and professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task.
