We are seeking a skilled IT technician to join our team and support our expanding printing and

Managed Print Services (MPS) programs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert

Printer repair and maintenance services to ensure our clients’ printing needs are met efficiently and

effectively.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in PC and laptop repairs, as

well as custom-built PCs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and

Software issues, installing and configuring operating systems, and performing upgrades to ensure

optimal performance for our clients’ devices.

Tasks will include:

Printer Repairs and Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure they are running at optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with printers, including hardware and software problems
• Replace damaged or worn-out printer parts, such as toner cartridges, imaging units, or fusers
• Install and configure printers on clients’ networks and ensure they are properly connected and functioning

Managed Print Services (MPS

• Work with clients to develop customized MPS programs tailored to their specific needs
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MPS programs, including regular assessments of printing needs and usage
• Monitor MPS programs to ensure they are meeting clients goals for cost savings, productivity and sustainability

PC and Laptop Repairs:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs and laptops
• Repair or replace damaged or faulty hardware components, such as hard drives, memory modules or motherboards
• Install and configure operating systems and software applications
• Perform upgrades to improve performance, such as adding more memory or a faster processor

Custom PC Builds:

• Work with clients to design custom-built PCs tailored to their specific needs and preferences
• Source components and assemble PCs according to client specifications
• Test and troubleshoot custom-built PCs to ensure they are functioning properly
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for custom-built Pcs

Key skills/Experience

• Good knowledge of IT products
• Bright and outgoing personality
• Excellent customer/client service skills
• Experience in a similar role in this industry
• Fluent Greek/English speaker
• Clean driver’s license
