On behalf of our client, a well- established International Shipmanagement company in Limassol is looking for a Crewing Director.

FRS Shipmanagement is based in Cyprus since 2011 and is specialized in passenger ferry management, drawing on FRS group 150 years’ experience and vast maritime knowledge. We provide high-standard maritime services, from crew management, technical management, procurement, and financial services to highly specialized consulting, offering our broad know-how in the ferry industry.

Key responsibilities:

✔ Developing, managing, and controlling crewing budgets.

✔ Designing and implementing crewing strategies.

✔ Developing and coordinating procedures.

✔ Implementing digital solutions.

Requirements:

✔At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

✔Excellent leadership skills.

✔Organizational skills and procedures oriented.

✔Sales oriented.

✔Strong communication skills.

✔Passionate about Shipping.
