CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an award-winning CySEC Licenced Investment Firm with offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Trading Platform Administrator to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the configuration of MT4 & MT5 servers, applying configuration changes on various Platform components. An academic background relating to Information Technology is highly desirable and any previous experience with MetaTrader Servers will be considered a significant advantage, although full training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To conduct the configuration of MT4 and MT5 servers.
  • Apply configuration changes on the Platform components.
  • Configure and monitor Bridge and LP systems.
  • Configure and monitor Hosting machines and external applications.
  • Ensure and maintain full client access to Platform services.
  • Manage and maintain Platforms stability.
  • Improve and maintain the working order of existing procedures/applications.
  • Provide support in the maintenance for the stability of external services such as Web Trader, Mobile Trader, etc…
  • Troubleshoot issues on trading platforms, bridge providers and in-house applications.
  • Ensure information security.
  • Meet business requirements by gathering information and providing detailed analysis.
  • Generate reports that can assist the management of the company.
  • Provide necessary support to the Support/Backoffice/Execution Department.
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Educated to degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Prior experience with MetaTrader servers will be considered a significant advantage, although full training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge Windows Operating systems.
  • SQL, PowerShell, SALT and Windows Server knowledge will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
