Now we're looking for an English Customer Support (night shift) to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

✅ Main duties and responsibilities:

Communication with customers through online chats, e-mails;

Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers;

• Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints;
• Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;
• Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.

✅ Experience and qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
