We are looking for Support Relationship Officer including but not limited to providing support to customers in various ways, answering questions, and resolving problems. The successful candidate must be able to work in weekly shifted rotation (09:00-18:00/12:00-21:00) from Monday-Friday.

Main duties/responsibilities:

  • Maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the services and products of the company are explained clearly to the clients so as to assist them to finish an application, providing documentation for approval, successfully funding, and successfully trading.
  • Providing general information regarding FxPro platforms and services offered to both new and existing clients.
  • Assisting customers who wish to open or manage a FxPro trading account.
  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering.
  • Ensure that all KPIs and expectations related to client communication are met and where possible exceeded.
  • Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values.
  • Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients.
  • Answering all emails received from clients regarding queries on various issues (technical, accounting, new applications, etc.).
  • Welcome calls, call-back requests, Sales Leads, and Client CTAs are all handled within the expected time frames.
  • Informing and assisting all clients in relation to the use of all current and future products.


We are looking for:

  • University Degree or relevant working experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral and written). Any additional spoken language will considered as an advantage.
  • Computer literacy to a high level.
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adopt to changes.
  • Keep pro-active position in running a business.
  • Flexible, Strong Problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, Excellent Client Orientation skills, strong team player, professional and can-do attitude.
