POSITION SUMMARY:

The Attendant, Gaming Machines will provide excellent customer service and ensures all guests receive an unique and positive experience in the Casino. The Attendant, Gaming Machines shall directly report to the Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Senior Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Duty Manager, Gaming Machines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes all guests of the complex, tell them about available slot machines and game rules, know the games
  • Explains content and advantages of loyalty program to customers
  • Creates positive corporate culture, based on Company objectives
  • Exchanges information with Supervisors and Managers on how to improve business activities and services
  • Creates and maintains inclusive working environment and ensures proactive teamwork with all the colleagues
  • Bears responsibility for cash and cash equivalents stock, accurate and well-timed execution of all operations, including check of given out cash and balancing at the end of the shift
  • Carries out financial/money transactions of customers, credit cards services
  • Accepts, calculates, keeps and gives out cash and stock with due regard to security requirements and safe-keeping of material assets

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Ideally 1-2 years in a Casino Environment but not necessary
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry will be considered an advantage

Education

Secondary level education

Skills / Competencies

  • Greek and English conversational level is a must; any other language will be considered as a strong advantage

Ο υπάλληλος ηλεκτρονικών τυχερών παιχνιδιών, τα οποία διεξάγονται μέσωμηχανημάτων ηλεκτρονικών τυχερών παιχνιδιών (slot machines), είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διεξαγωγή συναλλαγών σε μετρητά (και κατά συνέπεια τη χρήση αυτών), με σκοπό την πληρωμή των παικτών, όποτε αυτό είναι αναγκαίο. Ο υπάλληλος ηλεκτρονικών τυχερών παιχνιδιών, αναφέρεται απευθείας στον προϊστάμενο (slots supervisor) καθώς και στον διευθυντή βάρδιας (duty manager). Επίσης, εξασφαλίζει την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση ούτως ώστε όλοι οι πελάτες του καζίνο να φεύγουν με τις θετικότερες εντυπώσεις και αναμνήσεις.
