bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Compliance and Treasury Manager in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor all loans and facilities across our established portfolios ensuring that: all payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner, on-going lender requirements are met, and information and covenants are complied with according to legal agreements.
• Management of bank account onboarding process, as well as management of payment processing workstreams
• Regularly review treasury policies & procedures, ensuring that they are implemented through tight operational practices and systems of work.
• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all treasury related financial data.
• Assist with analysis of new funding opportunities, structures including derivative structures, and alternative covenant structures.
• Take prime responsibility for lender, banking and consultant relationships at the operational level.
• Manage the budget, forecast, and reporting processes for all treasury costs.
• Review of existing KYC information and documentation held on file
• Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the Clients AML policy requirements to identify AML risks associated with the client, and assess overall risk
• Prepare and submit applications for financing/loans from banks

Requirements for the position:

• Proven relevant work experience (AML/KYC due diligence roles) within Capital Markets, Corporate /Investment Bank and Financial Institutions
• Experience working within the real estate sector across European jurisdictions.
• Good report writing skills and experience in producing reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in Russian and English, Greek will be considered as an advantage.
