Sunrise Hotels own and operate 5 hotels in the centre of Protaras, Cyprus namely Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa, Sunrise Beach Hotel, Sunrise Gardens Hotel, Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark and Sunrise Jade Hotel.

Moreover, there are eight a la carte restaurants in the resort of Protaras, belonging to Sunrise Hotels: Marcello’s Italian Restaurant, Lemongrass Pan Asian Restaurant, Reef American Grill Restaurant, Kyklos Greek Restaurant, Braseiro Rodizio Steakhouse, Fishbone Mediterranean Restaurant, Ginger Fine Dining, Amelie Patisserie and Verano Lounge Bar.

Receptionist / Night Receptionist

Requirements:

• Previous working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Tourism related Degree, will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Good knowledge of German or Russian language, will be considered as an advantage
• Professionalism and Responsibility
• Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Duties:

• To greet, welcome and direct customers
• To answer incoming calls
• To inform guests of hotel services
• To maintain clear and accurate daily records
• To receive messages for guests
• To compute all guest billings and accurately post charges to guest rooms

Remuneration Package:
