Portuguese Customer Support Representative
Our client, an industry-backed, fast-growing regulated company providing single wallet white label casino and sports solutions via mobile, tablet, and PC, is looking for a native-speaking Portuguese Customer Support Representative. The company already has more than 60 well-established partners in the casino vertical. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel, and London.
The Company is looking for a motivated and dynamic PortugueseCustomer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail, and phone
- Answering clients’ requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers satisfaction
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
- Maintaining professionalism in all instances
Requirements:
- Able to work from 22:00 to 06:00
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Native Portuguese language proficiency
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
- European citizenship
