On behalf of our Client, a growing Company in the financial services industry, we are seeking for a Junior Banking Administrator to become part of a dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

• Opening of the Bank Accounts, with all major well-known banks in Cyprus and overseas for Cyprus and other International jurisdictions.
• Assist clients with their banking requests/requirements.
• Obtain details from a client and prepare a Bank Summary, presenting the business successfully to local and international banks, with minimum supervision.
• Consulting with clients regarding bank account opening process and bank options locally and worldwide.
• Complete the bank account opening process.
• Assist in developing relationships with new banks, obtain information required to open accounts, develop the process and communicate to other departments.
• Maintaining the bank database.
• Assisting own portfolio of clients.
• Preparation of International Business Unit Bank Payment orders/transfers.

Main requirements:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2+ years is essential.
• Knowledge of the bank account opening process.
• Knowledge of Corporate documents will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer Literate, with very good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL
• Impeccable business proficiency in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Responsible and highly organized, attention to detail.
• Excellent client service skills are a must.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work legally in Cyprus without the need to obtain a work permit.
