CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Group of Companies operating within the retail sector, we are seeking to recruit an Internal Bookkeeper to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol. The successful applicant will ideally hold a relevant accounting diploma such as the LCCI Higher or a relevant academic background in Accounting/Finance or a related field and possess approximately 2+ years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience. Our client offers excellent working hours, which include reduced working hours 2 days each week in the afternoon. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for the accounting of holding companies in an international environment.
  • Entries in our accounting system.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports i.e Bank Reconciliation/Balance sheet Reconciliation.
  • Payments through internet banking.
  • Electronic and hard copy filing of any kind of accounting, corporate and banking documents.
  • Communicate with the accounting departments of our subsidiaries.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • 2+ years experience in accounting.
  • Higher or CAT or diploma in accounting. (LCCI, A' Level Accounting).
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet).
