Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Civil engineer - Assistant to PoM, based at Minthis in Tsada, Paphos.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of the procedure of the issuance of construction drawings and generally all the technical documentation of the projects in Minthis. Ensuring that all the construction documentation is prepared and issued on time.

• Distribution of the construction drawings to site engineers, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Administration of the official project archive of drawings and other construction documentation.
• Monitoring of the planning and building permit issuance, liaising with authorities, administration of the planning and building permit archive
• Preparation of site instructions for the Project Manager
• Monitoring with the Customer Care officer of the client alterations or additions, until the issuance of the necessary documents to the construction team.

• Liaising with EAC and other authorities for the progress of our applications

Necessary requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years minimum experience in a developing or construction company or in a design office
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages both written and oral
• Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express, Excel, Autocad
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver successfully under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
