Looking for an immediate start,a versatile sales administrator to support our sales department.

Cartridge World is a Global Franchise operating in Cyprus for over 20 years. We are the Experts in Printing and Computer services for homes and business and are looking to hire versatile and efficient sales administrators to provide support to our sales representatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Receive customer orders via telephone, email and face to face
  • Process orders, prepare invoices and schedule delivery
  • Inform customers of the status of their order and delivery date
  • Answer customer queries/deal with customer requests
  • Follow up customer payments
  • Receive and process purchase orders
  • Support with any other tasks as requested.
  • Key skills:
  • Great telephone manner
  • Greek and English language
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organized with ability to prioritize
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Team player with flexibility to get the job done!
