Our Consulting Services department is expanding and seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre professionals to join us at the level of Senior Advisor,in our Nicosia office.

 

The Role

As a Senior Advisor, you will be involved in providing advisory services to clients, with the guidance and support from senior team members, in the areas of strategy, operations, business management, as well as human resource management and development. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working on a diverse range of projects with local and international clients
  • Provision of support to clients throughout the entire journey of corporate restructurings
  • Provision of support to organisations, both newly established as well as existing, in their efforts to define their strategic direction and the respective business model
  • Participation in the organisational transformation and restructuring of companies, based on the business and operational needs
  • Participation in mergers and acquisitions, supporting organisations through key business and risk-management processes
  • Determination of measurable performance indicators which can be used to monitor the performance of the organisation and resilience of the strategy
  • Execution of benchmarking studies, so as to provide market insights and best practices adopted by comparable companies
  • Provision of support in developing a company’s brand propositioning, to build strong identity and loyalty
  • Participation in the re-design and roll-out of clients’ Customer Experience Strategy and associated practices
  • Participation in people transformation initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related disciplines
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Professional certifications / qualifications will be considered an advantage
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a reputable organisation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Creativity combined with critical thinking, taking into consideration market trends and clients’ business needs
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
