CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected laboratory equipment supplier to the Research, Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their growing team in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing, PR or a related field and possess previous experience within a similar role, ideally with a focus on online marketing. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and enjoy working independently. This position is Part-Time and offers a great deal of flexibility to the successful applicant in terms of working schedule. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support of the homepage and social media channels.
• Advert management, writing content and creating print and online media. 
• Independent takeover of small and medium-sized projects.
• Assisting with the development of the overall advertising strategy for the company including budget planning.
• Development of individual advertising campaigns for all types of media including social media.
• Creating objectives for a campaign and evaluating the results.
• Help organise events, perform in depth marketing analysis and coordinate with an external graphic designer for marketing material.
• Assist with planning campaigns and activities via social media, affiliates and other digital channels.
• Assist with other adhoc marketing tasks.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background related to Marketing and/or PR is highly desirable.
• Experience in growing an online product through various digital marketing channels.
• Experience with running email marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of social media channels including Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Ability to work independently but also in a multicultural team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
