CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established International company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, we are seeking to recruit a Treasury Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for managing our clients bank accounts, managing cash balances and preparing regular reports for Management. You will ideally hold a University degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and possess a minimum of 1+ year of previous experience within a similar role. You should be fluent in both English and Greek and any knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing company’s bank accounts.
• Managing daily cash balances.
• Preparing daily reports for Management.
• Liaising with bankers for accounts opening and maintenance.
• Responsible for payments, lodgements and petty cash.
• Ensure that proper records are kept and that effective financial procedures are in place.
• Liaising with bankers and maintaining positive working relationships.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar position is a must.
• Good numeracy and analytical skills.
• Good IT literacy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English & Greek; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
