CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established International company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, we are seeking to recruit a Front-Desk Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the Reception area for the company and providing general office administration support to a busy team. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another relevant field and possess approximately 1-2+ years of previous experience within a similar position. Excellent communication skills in English are essential and any knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. The working hours for this position are from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
  • Take and relay phone messages to the appropriate person.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate meetings and organize catering when required.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • 1-2+ years of previous experience within a similar position.
  • Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is a must; knowledge of the Russian language considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Able and willing to work from 10:00am to 7:00pm Cyprus Time, Monday to Friday.
