bbf is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for an Investment and Finance Analyst.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyzing finance data and preparing financial reports and management accounts
• Prepare presentations of company financials
• Manage budget process by liaising with business managers to develop projections
• Manage the cost control of projects and whole Group
• Prepare the forecast of Group 
• Develop plans for financial growth
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic business projects
• Work with IT department to improve development of program reports and data integrity
• Evaluating and managing risks
• Cooperation with the board of directors for the evaluation of financial information regarding new investments.
• Preparation of detailed Business Plans / Financial Models with sensitivity analysis for each asset class
• Underwriting, market and financial analysis for new investment opportunities.
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process.
• Identify market opportunities. Create development plans and growth projects.
• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
• Preparing financial projections and sales targets
• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings

Requirements for the position:

• Degree in Business
• 5 years professional experience
• English/Greek speaking
• Experience as an external Advisor will be considered as an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to write reports.
