Thanos Hotels & Resorts are looking to recruit Carpenters for the Maintenance Department for Almyra Hotel and Annabelle Hotel.

Job Role

We are looking to hire carpenters with knowledge of various carpentry techniques.  Will be responsible for repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures and for additional duties related to the specific position.

A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor
• Repairing and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to curry out general duties/tasks related to the profession of carpenter.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position at 5* Hotel.
• High school diploma.
• Good communication skills.
