Job description
* Sales and rentals of real estate assets.
* Locating properties for investors and company customers.
* Locating customers for the company's assets.
* Tours and escorting of existing and new investors and buyers of the company.
* Management of investment portfolios for clients.

Requirements
* Experience in sales
* Independent work and the ability to work from home and in a team
* Ability to express and persuade and ability to work under pressure
* Human relations at a high level, service, courtesy, quick learning
* Representativeness and thinking outside the box
* Ability to manage negotiations
* Punctuality, order and organization
* Driver's license - mandatory
* Control of all office software and social media
* English - mandatory
* Any additional language is an advantage
* Preference for having a European passport
