The Client:

Our Client, a well established software-as-a-service and lead generation platform aimed at financial service consumer lenders, is looking to grow its data, risk, technology, affiliate management and operations team.

We are looking to recruit an Affiliate Manager for its HQ in Larnaca, Cyprus.


The Position: 

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for both developing new and managing relationships with the financial partners. This expansive role is varied and will include aspects of negotiation, relationship building, product development & understanding, outreach, research and reporting.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities include:

  • Work closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention.

  • Optimise all aspects of the company’s affiliate program through established and new networks.

  • Monitor KPIs and suggest changes to ensure good performance.

  • Create awareness with new and existing partners.

  • Communicate with partners and build & develop relationships.

  • Keep and eye out on advertising and promotional opportunities.

  • Maintain and update affiliate / advertiser databases.

  • Conduct market research, for example using affiliate questionnaires and focus groups.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Develop and implement a cross-functional affiliate management strategy.

  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and seo to make sure the correct info is being provided based on your knowledge and understanding of the businesses the Company works with.

  • Track affiliate performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.

  • Oversee and manage the affiliate relationships across the brands.


Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in affiliate management.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services.

  • A high level of fluency in English.

  • Excellent marketing and promotional background.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Well versed in digital marketing practices and networking.

  • Ability to understand and verbalise technical language involved in affiliate implementation.



The position is for the Client's offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
