On behalf of our client who is a representative of big health and beauty brands in Cyprus, we are seeking to hire Sales Manager to join a dynamic team, in Limassol offices.

Responsibilities:

• The successful management of the sales team

• The implementation of the sales plan set by the head

• The guidance and support of the sellers

• Creating and maintaining good relationships with existing and new clients

• Ensuring that salespersons fully understand the strategic sales plan

• The drafting of monthly, quarterly or even annual statements and evaluations and reporting to the head and the company's management team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar position

• Degree in finance, business administration or any related field

• Work experience in sales (especially in the Pharmacy area will be consider as an advantage)

• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and the clients

• Intelligent and detail-oriented person

• Very good knowledge of Greek and English

• Good knowledge of MS Office package

• Driving License

• Goal driven

• Ability to travel abroad for business reasons
