Our client is an international technology provider, headquartered in Cyprus and with a reputable market presence in Europe for the past two decades; due to their continuous growth and development we are now happy to announce that the company is actively searching for a senior professional that would fill the position of Financial Planning Manager based in Limassol, CY.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:

• Report to the CFO and top Management in company-wide projects;
• Leading end-to-end annual Financial Planning and intra-year reviews as well as long-term plans;
• Align and consolidate company-wide inputs and projects;
• Be instrumental in understanding financial performance and underlying business drivers;
• Ensure alignment with strategic priorities;
• Provide best in class Business Partnering to the decision-making process;
• Control day to day commercial initiatives and develop business cases and post investment reviews;
• Leverage on Reporting outputs and define new ones; Participate in metrics and KPIs definitions;
• Present important material for both internal and external stakeholders;
• Participate in updating and meeting the Finance Calendar;
• Develop, implement, and upgrade financial systems;
• Ensure integrity of financial information;

Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:

• BSc in Finance or a related field;
• Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) and/or ACA or ACCA qualification;
• Fluency in Greek and English;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry;
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Good knowledge of BI tools and SAP ERP is desirable;
• Commercial acumen;
• Experience in large multinational companies will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Fast learner, adaptable, and agile;
• Analytical and reasoning skills;
• Ability to drive financial planning and analysis independently;
• Be insightful, strong with numbers, creative and long-sighted;
