The Role:

This is a great opportunity to join a team of experts and serve clients globally. Your main role will be to act as the key liaison between our Finance and Portfolio Management teams. You will manage and configure clients’ trading accounts and coordinate various related processes.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Perform daily operational functions related to the company's trading activity including trade communications with execution venues, trade, position, and cash reconciliations
• Act as a focal point for the resolution of all operational issues such as day-to-day trade lifecycle, margin monitoring, and P&L analysis
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate large amounts of data and prepare ad hoc management reports
• Monitor and resolve any trade breaks or pricing/valuation issues
• Periodic position and performance client reporting
• Assist with the preparation of the NAV/valuation files of accounts
• Help to prepare regulatory reporting submissions
• Work closely with the Head of Finance as required

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or any other relevant field
• Professional Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) or Financial Analyst Qualifications are considered an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of relational database concepts (SQL) and scripting languages (R, Python, or MATLAB) will be considered a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Fluent English
