CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing provider of online payment solutions to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Representative to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing end-users with ongoing technical support of our clients product. You should hold approximately 1+ year of prior experience in either a Technical Support and/or Customer Support focused position and have a passion for technology. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service through effective technical support, problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution via chats and emails.
  • Provide information on the product and services.
  • Analyze and identify potential technical issues.
  • Keep all stakeholders updated on the results of the investigation and issue resolution.
  • Ensure that all queries are answered and issues are resolved within a timely manner.
  • Oversee interconnection between cases  and report it, according to internal procedures.
  • Be able to explain technical details with ease to non-technical clients.
  • Identify and manage incidents.
  • Work on additional projects based on the team, department and company needs.
  • Be the link between external and internal stakeholders.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Technical Support, Customer Service or a similar role is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English are a must.
  • Experience with API processes, logs interpretation is highly desirable.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Any prior experience with tools including Jira, Zendesk, Skype and/or Datadog will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with incident management is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles is desirable.
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic technical problems and resolutions clearly to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Eager and willing to overcome challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
