We are seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Technician
You will be working closely with the Logistics Department:
- Support users by telephone & e-mail in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all support issues are resolved
- Prepare, service and install (Hardware) into the (shops).
- Support and maintain all hardware and have it in operating module at all times.
- Prepare and implement periodically, shop rounds for the (Hardware) maintenance.
- Keeping an Inventory of all (Hardware)
- Improve the current Network infrastructure of the (shops).
- Work on Templates related to Purchase and (in and out stock).
- Keep records of all equipment in the shops, warehouse and own custody
- Report to the General Manager verbally as well as in writing
- Report to the Logistics and Accounts Department of all warehouse stock transactions
- Degree in Information Technology or in a related field
- Friendly and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously
