We are seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Technician

You will be working closely with the Logistics Department: 

  • Support users by telephone & e-mail in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure all support issues are resolved
  • Prepare, service and install (Hardware) into the (shops).
  • Support and maintain all hardware and have it in operating module at all times.
  • Prepare and implement periodically, shop rounds for the (Hardware) maintenance.
  • Keeping an Inventory of all (Hardware)
  • Improve the current Network infrastructure of the (shops).
  • Work on Templates related to Purchase and (in and out stock).
  • Keep records of all equipment in the shops, warehouse and own custody
  • Report to the General Manager verbally as well as in writing
  • Report to the Logistics and Accounts Department of all warehouse stock transactions


  • Degree in Information Technology or in a related field
  • Friendly and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and conscientiously
