Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Development of both global and local marketing strategy
• Prepare and handle the budget for the marketing department
• Lead the marketing team 
• Aware of the market intelligence
• Development and implementation of online and offline leads generation system
• Responsible for bbf's branding
• Knowledge and preparation on PR facilities

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. Most preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent command of English language. Russian, Greek, or any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Team player
