CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of IT Consultancy Services, with offices in both Nicosia & Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an IT Network Engineer to join their expanding team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Network Engineering and speak an excellent level of English. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, configuration, tuning and administration of switches, firewalls, wireless access points, network segmentations and internet lines.
• Evaluate hardware and software solutions for suitable network implementation.
• Troubleshoots networking and security issues.
• Performs scheduled updates and patches on systems.
• Provide technical and operational support as well as conduct training to end users.
• Provide support to clients.

 Key Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant subjects.
• 2+ years of experience of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Precious experience in security technologies, operating systems, and networking tools.
• Professional qualifications related to security and networks.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Mikrotik, Fortigate, Aruba and Cisco is considered an advantage.
• Preferred CCNA or MTCNA certificates.
