On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known broker, we are looking to hire Senior Payments officer to join a dynamic team in Limassol. The Company offer a fun and friendly working environment where the hard work is rewarded.
The Senior Payments Officer will be reporting to the Company’s CFO and will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships with banks, EMI and payment providers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for onboarding new banks, EMI and PSPs and monitoring the integration procedures, while maintaining existing relationships
Assist with the KYC procedures and related documentation for the Group’s payment solutions
Assess and evaluate the efficiency of the existing payment processors, to ensure optimized flow of clients’ deposits and withdrawals
Negotiate terms with existing and new banks, EMI and payment services providers
Monitor PSP balances, ensuring available funds for processing
Assist in the daily and monthly reconciliation of clients’ funds of Group entities according to the internal procedures as well as the regulatory requirements
Ensure all PSP charges, refunds, chargebacks, fees have been properly identified and reported to the accounting department
Monitor settlements, rolling reserves, unmatched transactions, reconcile payments received with PSP statements
Execute manual pay-outs in back-office applications when required
Provide customer support on topics related to payments
Create ad-hoc reports for management purposes and perform any further duties as instructed by management in line with the position’s duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
A University graduate in accounting, business, finance or any related field
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team, under pressure and with strict deadlines
Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language
Experience in a CySEC regulated investment firm and previous experience in the relevant position will be considered an advantage
