We're growing our team and we are seeking for an experienced Head of Affiliates who will develop the affiliate program.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a team of Affiliate Managers
  • Negotiating and improving deals with new affiliates
  • Monitoring and maintaining a personal affiliate managers portfolio to ensure company goals are met
  • Meeting lead incoming quality and quantity related targets for the company and its clients
  • Providing solutions and assistance to partners and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues
  • Working closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention

Requirements

  • 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in the FX industry
  • Fluency in English to a professional business level is compulsory
  • Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in the affiliate implementation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing concepts
  • Strong negotiator
