What will your job look like?

• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; guide existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
• Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department
• You will be accountable to the Supervisor of Customer Service

All you need is…

• Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service position will be considered as an advantage
• Educated to a degree level will be an advantage
• Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language is a must
• Computer literate is a must
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Understands technical or professional aspects of work
